Well catered meetings are good meetings, so we go out of our way to ensure that your meetings at Factory 59 are well catered for. All meetings held at Factory 59 include complimentary basic coffee, tea, herbal tea, mints, biscuits and chilled water. We also provide great Cafè Latte, Long & Short Black and Cappuccino Coffee for only $1.50 per cup.

Breakfast:
Bacon & Egg Rolls, Croissants, Fruit Salad, Yogurt, Cereal and Juice - $15.00 per head.

Morning tea:
Range of freshly baked Cakes, Muffins, Slices, Danishes and Yogurt - $7.50 per head.

Lunch:
1) Basic Lunch - Sandwiches, Party Pies and Sausage Rolls - $15.00 per head.
2) Light Lunch - Roast Chicken Salad and Rolls - $15.00 per head.
3) Italian Lunch - Gourmet Pizzas and Italian Salad - $15.00 per head.
4) Greek Lunch - BBQ'd Lamb Fillet Skewers, Greek Salad and Tzatziki served with Pita Bread - $17.50 per head.
5) Asian Buffet - Vegetarian Noodles, Lemon Chicken, Beef & Black Bean, Mongolian Chicken and Dim Sims - $17.50 per head.
6) Gourmet BBQ - Fresh Salmon, Chicken Kebabs, Hamburgers, Sausages, Rosemary Potatoes and Salads - $17.50 per head.
    * All lunch options include soft drinks and mineral water.

Afternoon Tea:
Individual Fresh Fruit Salads, Australian and French Cheese Platter, Gourmet Dips, Crackers and Pita Bread - $7.50 per head.
