Factory 59 is only minutes from the Melbourne CBD but feels like it’s a world away. Factory 59 is inside the Docklands Cotton Mills at 91 Docklands Highway (previously Moreland Street), Footscray, right on the banks of the Maribyrnong river.

For those coming from the Melbourne CBD, simply follow Footscray road and take the first left after passing the Melbourne docks and crossing the Maribyrnong River. Once you’ve turned left down the Docklands Highway, you’ll find the Docklands Cotton Mills one hundred metres on your left, on the corner of Parker Street.
