The old Cotton Mill in which we are situated has real charm and character. The atmosphere inside Factory 59 is modern and professional, yet relaxed and casual. The service we provide is very personal and our visitors are made to feel at home. We also take pride in charging reasonable room hire rates and not charging extra for meeting equipment we feel should be included as part of the room hire, like whiteboards, flipcharts, use of our plasma TV's, DVD player, etc.

The final thing that makes us unique is our catering. You won't find frozen tray cakes and danishes, boring sandwiches, cheap biscuits and mints being served at Factory 59. We source all of our food fresh daily from local bakeries, produce suppliers and restaurants nearby. How many other meeting venues do you know of that offer the option to have a Gourmet BBQ lunch on a private, undercover outdoor deck for only $17.00 per head? And we offer all this just minutes from the Melbourne CBD, where parking for 6 cars costs more than a day's meeting room hire at Factory 59.
